Shipping conditions
The goods are delivered throughout Germany.
Shipping is also possible to German islands, with the exception of: Ferry Island Hiddensee, Helgoland, Chimsee North Frisian Islands (Pellworm, Hooge, Langeneß Gröde, Föhr, Amrum, Sylt East Frisian Islands (Langeoog, Spiekeroog, Wangerooge, Norderney, Juist, Baltrum).
Shipping will only take place after we have received the money for the amount of the order and the applicable shipping costs into our account.
Shipping (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
– For MFP B/W or color printers, the fees of VG Word (https://www.vgwort.de) of 40,00 €.
– For desktop printers B/W or color, the fees of VG Word (https://www.vgwort.de) of 10,00 €.
– For consumables such as toner, postage and packaging start at €10.90
Deliveries abroad:
We do not offer international deliveries.
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 1 - 3 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
